Sarah ends migraines, has more stamina and energy on a carnivore diet

I was suffering from migraines for years and were getting increasingly worse.

Kaiser Permanente had no answers for preventions just the drugs to kill the pain. Also an MRI with no finding. I felt l like I wasn’t getting the full story.

I then had a turning point with a naturopathic doctor. He knew (with confidence) exactly what needed to change – my diet. “Just protein and fat is all you need to get rid of the migraines.”

A year and half later not a single migraine. Plus all the other benefits – leaner, no light headed feelings or brain fog, no spikes in blood sugar, no more shakes. I like to lift heavy and I definitely have more stamina and energy to make it through my workouts. 40 years old and feel like I’m 30 – maybe even 25.

And no joint pain and quick muscle recovery.
