I started my Carnivore Journey in Feb. 2018 and after 7 months I was down 59 pounds from 256 pounds to 197.00 I went from a 40-42 inch waist to a now 34 inch waist and I am now 205 pounds with 51 total lost pounds and a much better body composition. I started crossfit after my initial weight loss and in month 8 of my Carnivore diet. The weight I have gained back is lean muscle mass.
