Eric improved his body composition and skin on a carnivore diet

Hello

I’ve attached some pics of the transformation I’ve had made over the last 3+ weeks. First pic was 7/30/19 and after pics are from 10/27. Although my diet wasn’t 100% carnivore it was damn close.

Same meals everyday for the 3 months:

Breakfast – none

Lunch – 1 pound ground beef seasoned only with salt, 1 avocado, half of a tomato, 6-8 ounce glass of homemade bone broth

Dinner – 1-1.5+ pound ribeye, chuck eye, sirloin, or strip steak. Maybe 3 times a week would have a sweet potato with Kerrygold and salt. Also, 2-3 times a week would add 3 fried eggs cooked with kerrygold and seasoned only with salt

Diet was obviously a huge reason for the changes my body made, but I don’t want to downplay the fact that I was also lifting for about 1.5 hours everyday and doing 1-2 30-45 min sessions of Hiit stairmaster daily, along with sauna 5-7 times a week.

If you have any questions I would be more than happy to elaborate.

I’m a true believer in this way of eating and I absolutely love it. As long as I don’t overcook my steak it’s an amazing dinner nightly. I find it hilarious that people around me think I was starving myself until I told them the amount of calories, fats, and protein I was consuming and it is comical to see the confused looks. It’s hard to tell in the pics I’ve attached but another thing about this woe is how much my skin cleared up. It is night and day difference.

Thank you for doing what you do in this ever important movement.

Erik
