I had tried over and over differing ways of losing weight. Nothing stuck, nothing felt right. I was sick all the time. Found the Carnivore diet on the Rogan podcast.

 

It actually made sense. After 42 years, it actually made sense to me. I ate meat… Lots of meat… For the first time in my life I felt full and stopped eating. At no point did I try to over indulge because I actually felt full. Also I didn’t crave ANYTHING… I just ate.

 

Three months later, I am down 45 lbs, and I feel amazing. I have a life again. People talk trash about my eating habits and try to dissuade me. But numbers do not lie!
