i am just starting the carnivore diet, or way of life should i say! I was a bit scared to start this because i’ve been doing the ketogenic diet for 3 months, and i can say that it’s been pretty good for me! i lost 30 pounds, reversed almost completly my type-2 diabeties, no more metformin, my numbers are now between 83-95 in the Morning, think i still have the dawn phenomenon, and quit taking my HBP meds too! But it might be temporarly, but my blood sugar suddenly raised since i stated the carnivore!
I’m just hoping that this will improve with time, cause from all of the testimonys that i’ve read so far, everyone lost weight and cured their type-2 diabeties completly! I cross my finger and i hope i will write another review telling everyone that it’s ok!!!!!!
