Walter improved his weight loss on a carnivore diet

Just weighed in a 197lbs! I started carnivore in October along with my wife. I started out at 228lbs! I must admit that I have had a few carbs here and there, but 95% of the time has been strict carnivore. Best decision I ever made! I haven’t seen any weight under 200lbs for a few years now! I haven’t even worked out! I can only imagine what the results would be! Thanks for the inspiration!
