Mirella hasn’t had a grand mal or absence seizure since staring a carnivore diet

This is my success story.

Six years ago, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. My neurologist and I were able to control my grand mal seizures through medication and a keto diet, but the absences kept being a problem. However, when I came across Dr. Shawn Baker’s book, I knew I wanted to give it a shot. So, I spoke to my neurologist and he gave me the go ahead, no questions asked.

Four months later, I am still on a strict carnivore diet, I lost 45 pounds, those absences are completely gone and I can honestly say I feel better than ever.

So, thank you!

  1. How long did it take to receive absence seizure freedom? My daughter, 8, has epilepsy & autism… we had absence seizure freedom for 9 months – no meds- but now they are back.
So my question is- when strict- how long did it take to receive seizure freedom. Thank you! And congrats to you!
