Lori enjoys excellent fitness with no aches or pains on a carnivore diet

Hi, I’m Lori. I’m a 60 year old female Carnivore. Here’s some of the things I can do…

Powerlifting

I have the National Dead Lift record for my division. This is me lifting 225 lbs. I plan to lift 2X my body weight this year at the National Open in July.

Flexibility

I am very flexible. Here I am doing deficit Kettlebell dead lifts. The girl next to me is 30 years younger.

Grip strength

My grip is very strong. Here I am pinch gripping 50 lbs.

And a lot more

I can other stuff too. Dead hang pull ups, pistols, etc.

No medications, supplements, etc.

No aches or pains.

Results are not typical. All viewers of this content, especially those taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, should consult their physicians before beginning any nutrition, supplement or lifestyle program.
