Lee’s depression vanished on a carnivore diet

Hi, my name is Lee. I am 71. I’ve been on keto and carnivore for 2 months and I can’t remember feeling this good.

Going Vegan Destroyed Me

I was raised on meat, potatoes, and vegetables. Then I ate vegetarian and vegan. The vegan diet was hard for me, and I never felt good. Depression, anxiety, and back injuries were constant during my adult life. Later I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I also developed ovarian cysts, so my ovaries were removed when I was forty, and I had to get used to very low estrogen.

Healing On Carnivore Diet Within A Month

When I started eating keto and Carnivore, I QUICKLY noticed a difference because depression and anxiety vanished. It’s hard to describe how I feel, so I’ll just say I feel wonderful. The fibromyalgia has gone, and hopefully, my back will heal with time. It’s only been a month on Carnivore.

Plant Toxins Are Real

I urge you to try Carnivore. I wish I had always been on this diet.

Now I know plant toxins are real because of the oxalates my body has stored in all my organs, bones, glands, and tissues. I’m experiencing oxalate dumping but still, feel better on Carnivore than on any plant-based diet. No more vegetable oils, tofu, or nuts and seeds. I’ve always loved eating meat, and I don’t feel bad about it.

  1. How funny I suffer from the same Symptoms exactly.
And I don’t take any kind of MEDICATION 💊 Or do anything special to alleviate any pain or discomfort I feel on a daily basis.
I also suffer from Insomnia, Acid Reflux, Severe headaches and especially Joint pain with No Medications but Advil and Chamomile Tea daily.
