This diet has changed my life from competing at show at 343 pounds to just about making the 275 pound weight class for my next meet in October. In just 7 months I’ve dropped 60 pounds and gotten nothing but stronger in the gym and feeling great. My body composition is 10x better at 288 pounds eating meat than it was at 288 and eating carbs.
