Easy Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or pork
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. If desired, shape into patties or links. If not saute and crumble.
  3. Use in your favorite sausage recipes!
