From Chronic Constipation to Zero-Carb Diet

Asiti suffered from several different problems, having suffered from chronic constipation for several years. In addition, eating disorders and adrenal fatigue were issues for him.


He found some relief from following a ketogenic diet but wasn’t completely satisfied with the results. Asiti says “I’ve been a ketogenic lifestyler for several years, however something just always felt ‘off’.” His diet search would continue!


The Benefits of the Carnivore Diet on the Body and Brain

Because carbohydrates often cause health problems such as weight gain and metabolic syndrome, many people benefit from cutting the carbs out of their diets. But, often, there are other foods, such as vegetables or fruits, that can cause a lot of issues even though they are permitted on a ketogenic type of diet.


Asiti decided to cut out all of the carbohydrates and found some relief, saying, “I’ve been zero carb for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier or healthier.”


He found that eating a zero-carb diet provided additional healing, and he saw his body begin to function more normally. Asiti says, “ZC helped me recover from adrenal fatigue and several eating disorders. It also cured my chronic constipation, which I suffered for several years.”


Asiti made the decision to further refine his diet in search of even better results. The results didn’t disappoint, as he says, “Since going only meat and water, everything changed.” This type of diet often brings even greater relief from symptoms and is a popular way of following the carnivore diet and restoring healthy function.


Asiti has seen both his body and mind improve: “My physical and mental performance is the best it’s ever been. I am getting stronger in the gym day in day out, building muscle and maintaining a lean physique year round.” Who wouldn’t want that?

He has also seen useful improvements in his brain function, saying, “I have unlimited focus, clarity and improved memory and mood.” This type of improvement can really change a person’s outlook and is a strong sign that the brain is metabolizing fuel more effectively while reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.


Blood Tests Validate the Benefits of the Carnivore Diet

Since he is a health and wellness coach, Asiti wanted to verify what changes were taking place. He had lab work done and was rewarded as the tests validated what he was feeling. “I have had several blood tests done over the last year, and since going ZC my total testosterone went up 50%, free testosterone went up 250% and I got my libido back. My triglycerides are 44 mg/dl. And virtually all other blood markers are optimal levels.


“Being a health and wellness coach, stumbling upon such a bizarre (against popular belief) and simple way of living really came as a shock. I cannot personally recommend it enough as it has completely changed my life.”
