Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or pork
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- If desired, shape into patties or links. If not saute and crumble.
- Use in your favorite sausage recipes!
