James: The Power of Lived Experience on Carnivore

The Weight: Within one week, the weight began to fall. Three weeks in, he noticed a significant drop. He has since lost 70 pounds, moving from an estimated 250 down to a steady, lean 180.

 

The Mental Fog: By week three, his mental clarity had returned. The crippling anxiety that had forced him off planes vanished, and he was able to step off his medications.

 

The Joints: Around the one-month mark, James realized his chronic joint pain was gone. “I tried to do some running and I was like, ‘Oh, my joints don’t hurt.'”
