Hi, my name is Kristen and I would love to be included as one of the CARNIVORE SUCCESS stories.
From SAD to AWESOME
From SAD syndrome, I transitioned to low carb and eventually keto for years..I just never could maintain my progress. I never saw the body composition changes I wanted, despite lots of heavy lifting. Autoimmune issues (hashimotos), chronic inflammation, lipedema, depression, aches/pains are just some of the things I’ve been able to overcome or effectively manage going full carnivore. 7 months in and never looking back. And I’m FINALLY seeing progress in the gym!!! 💪

I’m so happy that you shared your success story Kristen. That is amazing that you put your Hashimotos into remission. I have struggled with hormonal issues, depression, anxiety and lipedema since I hit puberty. I can def relate to your before picture body shape. Your body but most importantly your hips and legs look amazing on carnivore and heavy lifting. You go girl!! Thanks for the motivation. I’m eating mostly carnivore now to for the past 2 weeks and seeing changes in my legs already. At some point I will be sharing my own healing experience.
Impressive transformation. Thanks for sharing.
