Ingredients: 1 10 oz Steak

                    1 tsp of bacon grease

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degree

Wrap steak in bacon strips. Beginning at the bottom by wrapping around so the ends meet

facing you, tucking them into one another and then continue by tucking the next strip in that fold and repeat. That way the steak is nice and snug.

Then place in the oven. At 25 min turn up the oven to 400 degrees the crisp the outer bacon.
