Rowan improved cardiovascular health, treated arthritis on carnivore diet

I was struggling trying to lose weight, and found keto so hard to stick to, so easy to fall off. I heard Shawn Baker on Joe Rogan and decided to look into it. I spent about 2 or 3 weeks checking out the info, and asking people on the Zeroing in on Health forum on Facebook numerous questions. After that, I was convinced it was worth trying carnivore for a month. I began on the carnivore diet on December 12th 2017. I’ve never even had to consider changing back.

I was 216 lbs, and I am now 180. I had arthritis in my left hand, which hand had to have a finger surgically reattached to it after it was ripped off in an accident 13 years prior; but the arthritis went away after 2 weeks carnivore. I had prehypertension, but my blood pressure (measured on three separate occasions) is normal. I feel better, I think clearer, and I respond to stress better than at any time in my life.

I never intend to stop being a carnivore.
