One of Gary’s favorite lunchtime meals is canned fish. Whether it’s beans, trout, or mackerel, he believes it’s one of the best ways to get some healthy carnivore food. He’s also a fan of cod liver and often makes his own pate using chicken livers, herbs, and roasted garlic.

He noticed that even if he took a break from his workouts, his strength remained consistent, and he didn’t gain extra fat. This diet allowed him to decouple his health from a strict training regime, making nutrition the cornerstone of his well-being.
