Daniel went from fruitarian to strong and healthy on a carnivore diet

Hello, I just saw Mr. Baker’s recent YouTube video and thought I’d share my photo and story here.

After coming to Thailand around 2 years ago as a skinny fruitarian/vegan, I eventually came around and started eating an animal based diet about 1.5 years ago. With my newfound energy, I decided to start training Muay Thai and have since excelled in my training at a very fast rate, having my first fight on national television just two months ago. I have no doubt that my diet is what keeps me able to train hard day in and day out, and my coaches have even asked me what I eat because of my great body composition. They always look shocked and confused when I tell them “more meat, no rice!” God bless and train hard everyone! 👊

Thanks for providing a platform for me to share my story. I hope to be featured.

Thanks again,
Daniel
