- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup Beef Bone Broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
Lightly brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart clumps with a spatula as needed.
Pour in bone broth and cream. Season with salt.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid reduces by half.
