Carnivore Stroganoff Recipe with Ground Beef

Carnivore Stroganoff is a hearty dinner and ready in less than 30 minutes! It’s an easy recipe to adapt for your family, whether they are on keto or any other diet. This creamy ground beef recipe is classic comfort food, but now made exclusively from animal-based ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
 Instructions
  1. Lightly brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart clumps with a spatula as needed.
  2. Pour in bone broth and cream. Season with salt.
  3. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid reduces by half.
  4. Serve hot.

    1. Not even close to what!? Stroganoff!? Indeed it is, the original takes on that dish, is with cuts of Meat, but that doesn’t mean such cuts can’t be turned to mince for a different texture! It has the Cream which is defined as the Sauce of Stroganoff, the only thing it doesn’t have, is the Acidity from like Wine or Vinegar, but that doesn’t mean there is only one way of making it, that’s just rubbish and semantics

  1. What would you eat this with? I’m very new to the diet…but I used to eat regular stroganoff with egg noodles…do you just eat this by itself?
