Hi Jessica, can you elaborate on the “half and half” in the ingredients please? 🙂
Half and half is the coffee creamer often used in restaurants. It’s probably easier to find in your dairy aisle than heavy whipping cream, and often comes in a container that looks almost exactly like heavy whipping cream. It’s usually more carbs than heavy whipping cream so I’m surprised to see it in the recipe as it seems like most carnivore and keto recipes use HWC
Yes what is half and half (of what?)
It’s typically used for cream in coffee. It is basically half whole milk and half heavy cream.

Half milk, half cream
Half & Half is a product sold in the US as a sort of coffee creamer. The contents are half milk and half cream, so it’s creamier than milk, but less creamy than heavy cream.
Try 2oz heavy cream and 2oz water.
If you allergic to dairy, use Ripple milk. It’s a plant based milk and it substitutes very well because of the consistency.
What about almond milk or coconut milk if allergic or intolerant to milk
Which sweetener is the best to use? Or what should l look for when selecting a sweetener?
