Boarding School: The Start Of A Health Deterioration

This is my success story.


I went to boarding school at age 15, and from that moment onwards, my health began to deteriorate.


From Insulin Resistance To Autoimmune Conditions: Annabel’s Health Struggle

It was constant bad food, I was never in control, as well as snacks and alcohol.

I became highly insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. Along with that, I had severe anxiety and panic attacks and developed autoimmune conditions, as well as a mood disorder.


Finding Paleo: The First Step Towards Recovery

I didn’t ever see a doctor but had a coach who got me down the route of paleo, which significantly improved my insulin resistance, but I still had underlying problems.


Fasting, HCG Diet, And Weight Obsession: Annabel’s Journey To Carnivore

I began to get obsessed with my weight from the results I was seeing and fasted a lot, as well as trying the HCG diet – after which I lost my period.


I then did a hair mineral analysis test showing extreme levels of trauma in my body – I was leaching calcium from my bones.


Healing Through Carnivore: Annabel’s Transformation

I studied nutrition alongside getting a personal training qualification and went down the route of Carnivore, which I have been doing for around eight months now.

My period is back, my neurological damage is going into remission as well as some of the autoimmunity, and I haven’t had a panic attack since before paleo. My hormones are balancing out, and my body composition has dramatically improved as the underlying inflammation begins to disappear.


From Health Struggle To Qualified Coach: Annabel’s Mission

I am now a qualified coach and work in body transformations – I teach people to shop, prep and cook, as nutrition is where it all begins.
