This is my success story.
 
I went to boarding school at age 15 and from that moment onwards my health began to deteriorate.
 
It was constant bad food, I was never in control, as well as snacks and alcohol.
 
I became highly insulin resistant and pre-diabetic, along with that I had severe anxiety and panic attacks and developed autoimmune conditions, as well as a mood disorder. 
 
I didn’t ever see a doctor but had a coach who got me down the route of paleo which significantly improved my insulin resistance but I still had underlying problems. 
 
I began to get obsessed with my weight from the results I was seeing and fasted a lot, as well as trying the HCG diet – after which I lost my period. 
 
I then did a hair mineral analysis test showing extreme levels of trauma in my body – I was leaching calcium from my bones 
 
I studied nutrition alongside getting a personal training qualification and went down the route of carnivore which I have been doing for around 8 months now. 
 
My period is back, my neurological damage is going into remission as well as some of the autoimmunity and I haven’t had a panic attack since before paleo. My hormones are balancing out and my body composition has dramatically improved as the underlying inflammation began to disappear. 
 
I am now a qualified coach and work in body transformations – I teach people to shop, prep and cook as nutrition is where it all begins

the second photo is of me after getting most of my conditions into remission and severely improving my overall health status – over 2 years into my health journey
