The Simple Sacred Marriage Steak

Great fast meal. Nourishing, easy and flavorful. True carnivore. The perfect fusion of pork and beef!

 

Feeds 1 but can be repeated easily and quickly for multiple servings.

 

Prep time: 8 min

 

Cook time: 35 min

 

Ingredients: 1 10 oz Steak

 

                     4 Slices thick cut bacon

 

                      1 tsp of bacon grease

 

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degree

 

Wrap steak in bacon strips. Beginning at the bottom by wrapping around so the ends meet

 

facing you, tucking them into one another and then continue by tucking the next strip in that fold and repeat. That way the steak is nice and snug.

 

The fat will bind together in the heat sealing in flavor and moisture while browning on the outside. Grease a skillet and gently lay the steak in the center.

 

Then place in the oven. At 25 min turn up the oven to 400 degrees the crisp the outer bacon.

 

Then ENJOY a simple perfect quick nutritious meal!
