Ryan improved his fitness and weight loss on a carnivore diet

My name is Ryan and I’ve been doing the carnivore lifestyle but not strict and on occasion I’ve slipped up and had sweets. However my strength at the gym appears to have gone up and the intensity of my workouts. I have included some photos of my progress and they’re about 2 months or so apart. I feel great and look forward to what is to come down the road.
