Ingredients 

  • 3 free-range eggs/butter basted fried
  • 1 can of wild-caught sardines in water
  • 1/2 cup of grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

    I used to make a sardine and egg dish called Fisherman’s Eggs. The only difference was that I added Tabasco and chopped parsley and garlic. But yours is close enough! Thanks for reminding me how much I love eggs and sardines!
