In 2017 I began feeling constant pain in my left shoulder. I surf regularly but had to stop all together because I couldn’t paddle anymore. In October of 2018 I decided to try 30 days of the carnivore diet and ended up going almost two months. At two weeks I could swim with mild pain. At three weeks I could swim and sprint without pain but would feel minor discomfort when I slept. I went surfing the fourth week and have had zero shoulder pain or inflammation since.
