Victoria lost 517 lbs on a carnivore diet

I have Lymphedema & Lipedema. It’s terrible! I ballooned up to 840 not knowing what was going on with my body. I’ve spent the last 8 years in a nursing home as to not be a burden to my family because I didn’t know how to fix this. So far, on Paleo first, then Keto & now Carnivore, I’ve lost 517 pounds in 3 years!

I have, at least, 160 pounds of skin & extra tissue that I need to, eventually, have removed, but right now, I’m continuing to eat Carnivore & hope it removes as much of the fat & or fluid I can get off my body before I put myself through surgery.

  1. Research Autophagy. Your body will eat the excess skin and blood vessels. Get the book Anyway You Can by Dr Annette Bosworth on Amazon. Don’t do surgery. Fasting and patience. Good luck.

  2. Wow, Victoria. That is really impressive. Thank you for sharing, and good luck with your ongoing journey to health.
