Hi my name is Veerle and Ive struggled with my weight all of my life. Ive done a lot of emotional eating after the loss of my mother when I was 23 years old. I became depressed and gained 20 kilos (44 lbs) in one year. I was vegetarian for 7 years and almost went vegan for ethical reasons, luckily I discovered the carnivore diet before doing so.

Ive dealt with severe PMS all of my adult life. And I had the works, including severe mood swings and crampings. I had to take 3 Ibuprofen 400 mg a day to get through the day. Also Ive suffered digestive issues since I was a kid. As I previously stated Ive had severe depression and this came with suicidal thoughts.

As soon as I went carnivore it was as if a dark cloud lifted. I felt light and emotional stable, for me this happened in a couple of weeks. And at this time I was not even completely carnivore!

I love the way the diet makes me feel and I wish the same for everybody. So if you are struggling, need some advice I would love to help you out!

    I feel much better after speaking with Veerle today. The coaching session was worth waking up at 5am (my time) for! I struggle with emotional eating, and after meeting with Veerle, I feel like I have some tools to deal with it that I didn’t have when I was doing carnivore on my own.

    It was a very comfortable first session with Veerle R. She was very sincere and honest. The fact that she said the transition is better done over a long period of time -depending on different personalities of people- so that my transition would be much easier made me feel like it is going to be a light journey turning into a carnivoree. We opted for a 1 year plan of transition, and that seems reasonable for me given my chocolate and sugar addiction. And my previous lifestyle + my anxieties. I’m looking forward to know more about carnivore diet from her!

    I had a meeting this morning with Veerle R. She is sincere and encouraging. I needed to hear, again,that I need to cut out the coffee and the one diet soda a day. It’s nice to have someone who has been there and who has experienced the same bumps in the road. It was a great session and a wonderful reminder to clean it up!
