Hello! I’m Shana, and I began the carnivore diet in March of 2022. I am a wife, mother of 3, homesteader, and military veteran.
My husband and I started out on keto, and after extensive research and discovering Dr. Shawn Baker we decided to dive into an optimal diet to fuel ourselves and our family.
