My name is Rod. Having lost over 200 pounds on a low-carb then carnivore diet, I have the real-life experience to guide others down the path to healthy living. Also, needing to lose another 130 pounds means I am walking the walk in real-time. No theories, no hypotheticals, only real-life experiences.
