In late 2019, I was working as an Information Risk Specialist for a Fortune 100 company, just shy of 400 lbs, and the only month in that year I wasn’t sick was September. I became very ill that winter with staggered bouts of pneumonia in each lung stretching over months (suspected early covid). It left me so weak I was barely able to take a shower before collapsing back into my chair, too oxygen deprived to even speak coherently.
My wife and I believed I was slowly dying.
I slowly recovered during the lockdown, and in late July of 2020, I discovered intermittent fasting, combining this with a keto-to-carnivore diet, along with an addiction model approach to carbs and sugar.
I dropped 80 lbs in 5 months.
In April I hiked Mount Monadnock, and I have developed a fondness for lifting weights that came out of nowhere. My family by extension has shifted from utterly sedentary to a decidedly active lifestyle, including hiking, camping, kayaking, and swimming.
Virtually every aspect of my life has improved beyond recognition, and it would be criminal not to share this with others.
All that said, there are some major hurdles to getting off the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet), and this transition is NOT to be underestimated. It can make or break your journey to have timely answers as you go through this. I personally had a failed experiment with Carnivore 4 years ago that included some weird and unpleasant symptoms; if you’re struggling, I can probably relate.
We are FAR stronger than we let ourselves think.
Don’t wait, book a session and let’s cut a path to freedom from the tyranny of food.

Very helpful session. We both had pneumonia and he helped me with the fastest way to recover.
