Hello, my name is Martin and I’ve been on the carnivore diet for 3 years.
I’ve had personal experience with:
- Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta (PLEVA)
- leaky gut
- Patellofemoral disorder of the knee “runner’s knee”
- acid reflux
- Keratosis pilaris on the triceps
I’ve experimented with different diets such as: lacto-ovo-vegetarian, then pescatarian, then keto, and finally carnivore. I was a lacto-ovo-vegetarian for about a year by avoiding meat and eating a lot of tofu, eggs, and drinking copious amounts of vegetable juices – which resulted in my PLEVA and leaky gut. Ever since I started the carnivore diet, I am happy to report that all of these problems went away. I overcame these obstacles thanks to the carnivore diet, and experienced other benefits such as improvement in my athletic performance. I want to share and help others on their journey to improve health, using the carnivore diet.
I’m also a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (Online) so I can give you some advice regarding fitness as well. As a coach, I am here to support you and I look forward to meeting with you.
