I’m Kat, and I am glad you’re here. I’ve always believed that there is an answer to everything, especially when it comes to health and fitness, and my life-long health journey has proven that many times. I believe that you can find your answers too, and all of the coaches here want to help you!
After being on a low-carb, ketogenic diet for 20 years, I finally made the transition to full carnivore in 2020, and it has completely transformed my life.
I have personal experience with asthma, ulcerative colitis, Lyme disease, eczema, keto diet, weight loss, joint pain, and hypothyroidism.
Professionally, I have followed my passion for health and fitness through careers in nutrition, personal training and posture alignment/exercise therapy for chronic pain.
I am retired now but still enjoy keeping up on the latest in health and fitness. I also still love long-distance trail running/hiking, skiing, backpacking, gardening and traveling.
I have tried many, many therapies and remedies over my lifetime for both health and weight loss, but nothing has actually gotten to the root of my issues like the carnivore diet. Now, in my sixties, I am stronger, leaner and healthier than any other time in my life! I can’t wait to help you do the same!!
