My name is Craig and I have been on the carnivore diet since 2018.  I was keto for one year prior to carnivore.  I am 60 years old and I have a history of migraines dating back over 40 years.  They became a daily occurrence in my 40s and 50s.  The carnivore diet has gradually reduced my migraines to the point that currently I have not had any migraines for about 8 months.  This has allowed me to sleep through the night thus improving my sleep quality.  My gut function has also vastly improved as prior multiple surgeries led to antibiotic use that damaged my gut function.  I have over 42 years of weight training experience and it is an important part of my life.  I competed in bodybuilding in my early 20s and competed in a bench press contest in the California Police Olympics at 40 years old.  As a retired Parole Agent, I understand the stresses of 26 years in law enforcement with the eratic hours, confrontational encounters and high intensity situations and the impact it has on the mental and physical health of those in law enforcement and careers with similar stressors. Carnivore and the low carb approach has not only significantly improved my life, I believe it has saved my life and as a carnivore coach, I hope to use my experience to help others with this dietary choice.

    I have started my Carnivore journey with Craig as my coach and I am very excited about this journey. Craig has been very warm and enthusiastic during our conversation. He has clearly spent a great deal of time educating himself on the technical details of this lifestyle which I definitely need as I have been overwhelmed with information when I was trying to do this on my own. He knows where the potholes are and is able to break down the technical aspects into a language I understand.

    He also has a deep understanding of the first-responder lifestyle and has many suggestions and tips on how to succeed while working oddball shifts etc. I highly recommend him for any first-responder who is looking for a coach.

    I am very impressed with Craig and his knowledge.

    Craig was an outstanding coach. He did the most important thing a coach can do by immediately asking what I wanted from the session and adjusted his guidance to help me with that.

    Since I have a pretty solid understanding of the carnivore lifestyle he was able to drill down and give me advice on electrolytes which is often the only part of this WOE that takes a little more work.

    Overall I couldn’t be happier with Craig’s coaching and I highly recommend him to anybody looking to adopt the Carnivore WOE.

    Craig was very helpful. I chose him based on the Revero interview I saw of him on YouTube regarding his migraine resolution with the carnivore diet. I feel like I have hope now. Not only did he take extra time with me, he sent a follow-up post appointment e-mail summary with the things I need to focus on for resolution. I highly recommend him.
