My greatest passion in life is to help educate and inspire you to foster lasting changes in your life for greater health, happiness, and fulfillment through food, mindfulness, and kindness to yourself.
I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach to living a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to help you identify what areas are most important to you and how you can incorporate changes into your current lifestyle. Together we will clarify your goals and create a plan with realistic and achievable steps to get you on the path of living a life that thrives.
I will teach you to achieve the best possible health available. You will learn to love and treat yourself with care, and gradually develop healthier habits in a sustainable way.
My Story:
I have always been an active person from running marathons to competing in physique competitions in my mid 40’s. That all changed once I turned 50. I was no longer able to recover from my work-outs. I was tired all the time, gaining weight in spite of not changing anything about my diet and exercise. This launched me into a downward spiral becoming depressed, overweight and lacking the energy to do anything about it. Finally, I pulled myself together and did what I do best RESEARCH. I read every science based article about the stages of menopause. As well, I experimented with different diets as my current high carb/low fat diet left me bloated and tired all the time. This is where I discovered the carnivore lifestyle. In spite of all the fear I had about eating red meat and a lot of fat I was desperate for my health to improve. It was the best decision I made. Within a week, my daily bloating was gone. My afternoon energy slump gone. My hormones are the best they have been in 3 years and the weight I gained was lost. I am now thriving at 54. I feel so strongly about this way of eating that I want to help each person who feels they are trapped and are too old to make changes. Trust me YOU are worth making the change.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine with over 15 years of health and wellness experience.
