Lifestyle changes:

  • Diet: five days of carnivore diet upto 1200 calories (beef, egg and chicken) in a week
  • Fasting: started with 18 hour fasting and then started doing 24 hour fasts continuously
  • Exercise: one hour of cardio daily. No weight lifting

Time on diet: 4 months.

Health problems resolved: lost 50-52 kgs in four months.

Had severe insomnia before. Now I could sleep very well most of the time.

  • Weight loss: 50-52kgs
